Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 37.08 points up at 60978.75 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Oriental Veneer(down 12.47 per cent), Manaksia Aluminium(down 10.76 per cent), Indoco Remedies(down 10.53 per cent), Gothi Plascon(down 10.32 per cent) and Sujala Trading(down 10.00 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 19 stocks closed in the green, while 30 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 0.25 points down at 18118.3.
On the BSE, Oriental Veneer, Dhanada Corp, Nat Gen Ind, Shubham Polyspin and SVS Ventures Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Money Masters, Margo Finance, Graviss Hosp, T & I Global and Lambodhara Text touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
