Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1276.66 points up at 58065.47 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Sumedha Fiscal(down 15.62 per cent), Gujarat Hy-Spin(down 9.84 per cent), 7NR Retail Ltd.(down 9.55 per cent), Gagan Gases(down 9.54 per cent) and Sujala Trading(down 9.47 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 48 stocks closed in the green, while 2 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 386.95 points up at 17274.3.
On the BSE, Globe Commercials, Reliance Comm, Shubham Polyspin, Marsons Ltd and A F Enterprises hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Rexnord Elec, BSL Ltd, Rhetan TMT Ltd., Ashiana Ispat and Safari Ind touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
