Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 578.51 points up at 59719.74 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Dynemic Product(down 17.57 per cent), Royal India Corp(down 14.29 per cent), NCL Research(down 13.56 per cent), Wall Street Fin(down 12.70 per cent) and Advitiya Trade India(down 12.12 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

In the Nifty pack, 44 stocks closed in the green, while 6 stocks ended in the red.


The index closed 194.0 points up at 17816.25.

On the BSE, Shubham Polyspin, MEP Infrastructure, A F Enterprises, Dipna Pharmachem Ltd. and Mehai Technology hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Shreeshay Engineers, Sonal Mercantile, Lancer Container Lin, McLeod Russel and Diamines Chem touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
