Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 379.43 points up at 59842.21 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Dr. Lalchandani Labs(down 20.00 per cent), Superhouse Ltd(down 18.33 per cent), Titaanium Ten Enterp(down 17.44 per cent), Voltamp Trans(down 16.86 per cent) and Premco Global(down 16.60 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks closed in the green, while 8 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 127.1 points up at 17825.25.
On the BSE, Dr. Lalchandani Labs, Blue Chip Tex, Patels Airtemp, Surya Roshni and SVP Global hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Shreeji Translogisti, Arman Financial, Bharat Wire Ropes, Ritco Logistics and Nitta Gelatin touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
