Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 350.16 points up at 57943.65 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Khemani Dist(down 18.78 per cent), Future Consumer (down 18.55 per cent), Filtra Consultants &(down 18.44 per cent), Rajeswari Infra(down 13.65 per cent) and Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd.(down 12.85 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 35 stocks closed in the green, while 15 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 103.3 points up at 17325.3.
On the BSE, Future Consumer, Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd., Future Supply Chain, Sadbhav Eng and Lasa Supergenerics hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd., Adani Power, Rashtriya Chemicals, Himadri Speciality and Sunshield Chem touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
