Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 696.81 points up at 57989.30 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Navigant Corporate A(down 19.82 per cent), U Y Fincorp(down 17.13 per cent), Future Retail(down 14.87 per cent), Ascensive Educare Ltd.(down 14.75 per cent) and Aryaman Capital(down 14.31 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks closed in the green, while 8 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 197.9 points up at 17315.5.
On the BSE, Navigant Corporate A, Future Retail, Ascensive Educare Ltd., Future Consumer and Future Supply Chain hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Ganesh Housing, Orbit Exports, NIIT, Chalet Hotels and Jindal Drilling touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
