Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 497.0 points up at 56319.01 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Lex Nimble Solutions(down 18.38 per cent), Filtra Consultants &(down 14.75 per cent), Future Enterprises (down 11.20 per cent), Future Supply Chain(down 10.65 per cent) and Orient Beverage(down 9.99 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 39 stocks closed in the green, while 11 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 156.65 points up at 16770.85.
On the BSE, Shriram Properties Ltd., Hi-Tech Pipes, Ecoplast Ltd, Aroma Enterpris and Brand Realty hit their fresh 52-week lows, while C.E. Info Systems Ltd., Jyoti Resins, Manaksia Coated, Saint Gobain Sek and MTNL touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
