Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 32.81 points up at 78017.19 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Patdiam Jewellery(down 17.26 per cent), Raghuvansh Agrofarm(down 15.59 per cent), Patron Exim(down 14.89 per cent), Sainik Finance(down 13.89 per cent) and MSR India(down 12.99 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 19 stocks closed in the green, while 31 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 10.31 points up at 23668.65.
On the BSE, MSR India, Cybele Ind, Banas Finance, Kesoram Inds. and Nxtdigital hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Ador Multiprod, Aveer Foods, Gothi Plascon, Hira Automobiles and RSC Intnl touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
