Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 328.48 points up at 73104.61 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Retro Green Revoluti(down 18.93 per cent), CMI FPE(down 13.18 per cent), Nutech Global(down 12.32 per cent), Regency Investments(down 10.24 per cent) and Ashirwad Steels(down 9.98 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 34 stocks closed in the green, while 16 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 113.8 points up at 22217.85.
On the BSE, Nutech Global, Sofcom Systems, Ace Men Engg Works, GSS Infotech and Medico Remedies hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Aarti Pharmalabs, Peninsula Land, HG Infra Engg, D P Abhushan and BASF India touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
