Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 165.32 points up at 73667.96 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Akme Star Housing(down 19.99 per cent), Paisalo Digital(down 19.98 per cent), Swan Energy(down 18.82 per cent), PlatinumOne Business(down 16.65 per cent) and Lancer Container Lin(down 16.36 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 12 stocks closed in the green, while 38 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 3.05 points up at 22335.7.
On the BSE, Rajnish Wellness, Lykis Ltd, Decorous Investme, PBM Polytex and Cressanda Sol hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Bridge Sec, Quick Heal Tech, India Gelatine, HKG Ltd and Sobhagya Mercantile touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
