Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 305.09 points up at 73095.22 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, BGR Energy(down 20.00 per cent), OM Metal Infra(down 11.20 per cent), Tierra Agrotech(down 10.50 per cent), S S Organic(down 10.00 per cent) and Remedium Lifecare(down 9.99 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 30 stocks closed in the green, while 20 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 76.3 points up at 22198.35.
On the BSE, Tierra Agrotech, Ganon Products, La Tim Metal & Indu(PP), Adcon Capital Servic and Sharanam Infra hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Umang Dairies, Optimus Finance, Vaswani Ind, AksharChem Ltd and T T Ltd touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
