Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Thursday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 44.42 points up at 61319.51 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Jet Infraventure(down 13.47 per cent), Bharat Bhushan(down 11.01 per cent), Aditya Ispat(down 11.00 per cent), Kothari Prod(down 10.60 per cent) and EKI Energy Services Ltd.(down 10.00 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 27 stocks closed in the green, while 23 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 20.0 points up at 18035.85.
On the BSE, Jet Infraventure, EKI Energy Services Ltd., Advance Syntex, GTN Industries and Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Sprayking Agro Equip, Nucleus Soft, Vesuvius India, Foseco India and Lorenzini Apparels touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
