Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Thursday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 224.16 points up at 59932.24 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Adani Ent.(down 26.50 per cent), Quint Digital Media(down 19.98 per cent), Shreeshay Engineers(down 19.75 per cent), 8K Miles Soft(down 17.03 per cent) and Jonjua Overseas(down 13.55 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 19 stocks closed in the green, while 31 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 5.9 points down at 17610.4.
On the BSE, Adani Ent., Quint Digital Media, 8K Miles Soft, Adani Transmission and Adani Green hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Ranjeet Mechatronics, Mahaan Foods, Intnl Comb Ltd, Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Ltd. and Choksi Labs touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
