Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Thursday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 37.87 points up at 60298.0 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Ashiana Ispat(down 12.24 per cent), AA Plus Tradelink Ltd.(down 11.11 per cent), Tranway Technologies(down 11.01 per cent), Safa Systems & Technologies Ltd.(down 10.00 per cent) and Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Ltd.(down 10.00 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

The index closed 12.25 points up at 17956.5.
On the BSE, Saboo Sodium(PP), Chordia Food, GVK Power Infra, Future Enterprises and Vipul Ltd hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Advait Infratech, TCPL Packaging, Ritco Logistics, Goblin India and Kewal Kiran Clo touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
