Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Thursday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1439.55 points up at 82962.71 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Granules India(down 16.67 per cent), Ganon Products(down 9.96 per cent), Dhunseri Invst(down 9.77 per cent), Konndor Industries(down 9.48 per cent) and Ceeta Ind(down 8.78 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 50 stocks closed in the green, while 0 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 470.46 points up at 25388.9.
On the BSE, Classic Filaments, Lakhotia Poly, Intellivate Cap, Globale Tessile and Stampede Cap(DVR)hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Saboo Sodium, Premier Poly, Titan Biotech, Shalimar Wires and Archidply Decor touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
