Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Thursday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 474.46 points up at 67571.9 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Trans & Rectif(down 20.00 per cent), Krsnaa Diagnostics(down 14.40 per cent), Anmol India(down 11.76 per cent), Riddhi Steel and Tub(down 11.11 per cent) and Gautam Gems(down 9.95 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 36 stocks closed in the green, while 14 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 146.0 points up at 19979.15.
On the BSE, MRC Exim, Grovy India, Cindrella Fin, Padmanabh Industrie and Priya Ltd hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Dodla Dairy, Sahara Housing, Texmaco Infra, Elnet Techn and Jagran Prakashan touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
