Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Monday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1005.84 points up at 80218.37 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Shivansh Finserve(down 19.91 per cent), Tejas Networks(down 13.04 per cent), Associated Alcohols & Breweries(down 11.93 per cent), Vivid Mercantile(down 11.73 per cent) and Pasupati Spinning (down 10.82 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 39 stocks closed in the green, while 11 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 289.16 points up at 24328.5.
On the BSE, Supra Pacific Manage, Gensol Engg, Nutricircle, IGC Industries and Shri Niwas Leasing hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Everest Org, Kachchh Mineral, Country Condos, Manorama Ind and Paradeep Phosphates touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
