Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Monday's session

In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks closed in the green, while 8 stocks ended in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1078.87 points up at 77984.38 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Integra Capital(down 17.55 per cent), Shivansh Finserve(down 12.84 per cent), Ishaan Infrastru(down 11.42 per cent), SM Auto(down 11.07 per cent) and Pearl Green Clubs(down 10.00 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks closed in the green, while 8 stocks ended in the red.


The index closed 307.95 points up at 23658.35.

On the BSE, Standard Surfact, Virtual Global, Khoobsurat Ltd, Vibrant Global Cap and Swati Projects hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Cura Tech, Dhanalaxmi Roto, Ador Multiprod, Towa Sokki and Kaveri Seed Co. touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
