Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Monday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1240.9 points up at 71941.57 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Cospower Engg (down 11.76 per cent), Au Small Fin Bank(down 11.47 per cent), Ravindra Energy(down 9.99 per cent), Shri Balaji Valve Co(down 9.24 per cent) and Ganon Products(down 9.18 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 38 stocks closed in the green, while 12 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 385.0 points up at 21737.6.
On the BSE, Ashnisha Industries, Bodhtree Consult, Thakral Service, Astec Lifesc and Kuberan Global Edu hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Beryl Drugs, Hindprakash Industri, Manugraph India, Zenith Fibres and VEER Energy touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
