Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Monday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 759.49 points up at 73327.94 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, M K Proteins(down 19.98 per cent), Evoq Remedies(down 16.02 per cent), Pro Fin Capital(down 13.20 per cent), Adishakti Loha(down 10.00 per cent) and Shiva Global(down 9.40 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 32 stocks closed in the green, while 18 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 202.91 points up at 22097.45.
On the BSE, M K Proteins, Sanmit Infra, Binny Ltd, ACE Edutrend and Shreeji Translogisti hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Inter Globe Fin, Dredging Corp, Pratiksha Chem, Ambalal Sarabhai and Rodium Realty touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
