Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Friday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1031.43 points up at 58991.52 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, SCI(down 22.02 per cent), AA Plus Tradelink Ltd.(down 17.60 per cent), Zodiac JRD MKJ(down 16.89 per cent), Evoq Remedies Ltd.(down 13.11 per cent) and Shree Ganesh Reme(down 13.04 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 43 stocks closed in the green, while 7 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 279.05 points up at 17359.75.
On the BSE, AA Plus Tradelink Ltd., Gini Silk Mill, Resonance Spec, Tiaan Ayurvedic & He and Shristi Infra hit their fresh 52-week lows, while ResGen Ltd., Racl Geartech, Asian Hotels, Ranjeet Mechatronics and Apar Industries touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
