Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Friday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 462.26 points up at 52727.98 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Aki India(down 19.28 per cent), Concord Drugs(down 12.73 per cent), Nalin Lease Fin(down 10.48 per cent), ACE Software(down 10.00 per cent) and Gravity(India)(down 9.89 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 41 stocks closed in the green, while 9 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 142.6 points up at 15699.25.
On the BSE, Concord Drugs, Wardwizard Innov(PP), Mercury Laboratories, Zodiac JRD MKJ and Star Health hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Kallam Textiles, Indokem Ltd, Rolex Rings, Sterling Tools and Gensol Engg touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
