Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Friday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 381.23 points up at 60059.06 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Arambhan Hospitality(down 19.82 per cent), Econo Trade(I)(down 14.66 per cent), 8K Miles Soft(down 10.00 per cent), Salora Intnl(down 9.92 per cent) and Spicy Entertainment(down 9.82 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 23 stocks closed in the green, while 27 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 104.85 points up at 17895.2.
On the BSE, SBL Infratech Ltd., India Green Reality, Arihant Tourne, Multipurp Trad and Indian Bright hit their fresh 52-week lows, while DRC Systems India Ltd., Syncom Form, Taylormade Renewable, Shivam Autotech and Kamat Hotels touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
