Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Friday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1046.3 points up at 82408.17 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Benara Bearings(down 13.10 per cent), Stellar Capital Svcs(down 10.19 per cent), Golechha Global(down 10.00 per cent), Ram Info (down 9.99 per cent) and V B Desai(down 9.99 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 46 stocks closed in the green, while 4 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 319.16 points up at 25112.4.
On the BSE, Shristi Infra, Lasa Supergenerics, Nutricircle, Krishna Vent and Sadhana Nitro hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Quality Power Electr, Rainbow Found, Prostarm Info System, A-1 Acid and Gallantt Metal touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
