Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Friday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 746.95 points up at 82188.99 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, MAC Hotels(down 15.29 per cent), Khadim India(down 14.48 per cent), Omni Axs Software (down 13.33 per cent), Privi Speciality Chemicals(down 10.91 per cent) and Aryan Shares & Stock(down 9.97 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 45 stocks closed in the green, while 5 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 252.15 points up at 25003.05.
On the BSE, Khadim India, Pradhin Ltd., Krishna Vent, Yarn Syndicate(PP)and Archana Software hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Reliable Ventures India, Franklin Industries, Indef Manufacturing, Godrej Ind. and S S Organic touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
