Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Friday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 190.75 points up at 72831.94 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Medico Remedies(down 14.72 per cent), Nagreeka Export(down 9.99 per cent), Dr. Lalchandani Labs(down 9.97 per cent), Dharani Finance(down 9.60 per cent) and Indo Us Bio-Tech(down 9.49 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

The index closed 84.8 points up at 22096.75.
On the BSE, Medico Remedies, Nutech Global, Olympia Ind, Supreme Holdings & and M K Proteins hit their fresh 52-week lows, while eMudhra, Vadilal Ind, The Hi-Tech Gears, Star Cement and Jyoti CNC Automation touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
