Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Friday's session
In the Nifty pack, 30 stocks closed in the green, while 20 stocks ended in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 297.94 points up at 61729.68 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Gland Pharma(down 20.00 per cent), Valencia Nutrition L(down 19.23 per cent), Safa Systems & Tech(down 13.03 per cent), Labelkraft Technolog(down 9.99 per cent) and Gallops Enterprise(down 9.97 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 30 stocks closed in the green, while 20 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 73.45 points up at 18203.4.
On the BSE, Gland Pharma, Minaxi Textiles, Power & Instrument, Provestment Svcs and White Organic Retail hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Refex Industries, Shree Steel Wire, Cords Cable Ind, Ksolves India and Nitin Castings touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
