Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 37 stocks were trading in the green, while 12 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 177.31 points up at 57704.41 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Naapbooks Ltd.(down 19.70 per cent), Haria Exports(down 19.23 per cent), Tejnaksh Healthcare(down 13.75 per cent), Coastal Corp(down 13.43 per cent) and STL Global(down 10.92 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 37 stocks traded in the green, while 12 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 55.3 points up at 17000.35.

On the BSE, Haria Exports, Tejnaksh Healthcare, Patron Exim Ltd., NEL Holdings and ResGen Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Encash Entertain, IZMO, Diggi Multitrade, Nitta Gelatin and Bharat Wire Ropes touched their fresh 52-week highs.
