NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 645.2 points up at 60454.17 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, NEO Infracon(down 16.74 per cent), Naapbooks Ltd.(down 12.00 per cent), Jonjua Overseas(down 11.36 per cent), Ishaan Infrastru(down 10.00 per cent) and Ashish Poly(down 10.00 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 0 stocks traded in the green, while 0 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 188.55 points up at 17782.9.

On the BSE, Ashish Poly, Integra Tele & Soft, SW Investments, Shree Securities and Naturite Agro Pr hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Lohia Sec, Sprayking Agro Equip, WPIL Ltd, Mahanagar Gas and Empower India touched their fresh 52-week highs.
