Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 400.76 points up at 59362.88 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, FGP Ltd(down 10.74 per cent), Bothra Metals(down 10.55 per cent), Manaksia Aluminium(down 10.44 per cent), Hanman Fit(down 9.96 per cent) and Nova Pub(down 9.93 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 41 stocks traded in the green, while 9 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 122.85 points up at 17426.8.
On the BSE, Vision Cinemas, Lime Chemicals, USG Tech, CLC Industries and White Organic Retail hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Macfos Ltd., Suryalata Spin, Futuristic Sec, Soma Textiles and Sealmatic India Ltd. touched their fresh 52-week highs.
