Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 23.38 points up at 60714.92 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, SVP Global(down 19.96 per cent), Amal Ltd(down 10.83 per cent), Nanavati Ventures Ltd.(down 9.97 per cent), Lorenzini Apparels(down 9.88 per cent) and Zee Learn(down 9.86 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 26 stocks traded in the green, while 24 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 12.75 points up at 17857.35.
On the BSE, Indong Tea Company Ltd., SVP Global, Zee Learn, Khoobsurat Ltd and Poddar Housing hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Super Fine Knitters, Cenlub Ind, Praveg Comm, Aveer Foods Ltd. and Vantage Knowledge touched their fresh 52-week highs.
