Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 542.33 points up at 60092.23 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Patdiam Jewellery Lt(down 18.72 per cent), Adani Gas(down 10.00 per cent), Inditrade Capital (down 8.68 per cent), Evoq Remedies Ltd.(down 8.39 per cent) and Gandhi Special(down 7.92 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 43 stocks traded in the green, while 7 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 150.45 points up at 17812.6.
On the BSE, Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd., Quint Digital Media, Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd., Nat Gen Ind and Coral Newsprint hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Manaksia Ltd, Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Ltd., Apar Industries, GNA Axles and The Anup Engg touched their fresh 52-week highs.
