Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 27 stocks were trading in the green, while 22 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 128.31 points up at 61069.98 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Crown Tours(down 19.85 per cent), S R G Sec. Fin.(down 19.79 per cent), Naapbooks Ltd.(down 16.30 per cent), Fervent Syn(down 10.36 per cent) and Diggi Multitrade(down 9.92 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 27 stocks traded in the green, while 22 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 31.0 points up at 18149.55.

On the BSE, Crown Tours, Decorous Investme, Nat Gen Ind, Rolta India and USG Tech hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Margo Finance, Aveer Foods Ltd., Remedium Lifecare, Innovators Facade Sy and T & I Global touched their fresh 52-week highs.
