NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 5.18 points up at 60932.61 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Sheetal Diamond(down 18.18 per cent), Beryl Drugs(down 12.22 per cent), PAE Ltd(down 9.87 per cent), Vedant Asset Ltd.(down 9.75 per cent) and Bharat Immuno(down 9.46 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

The Nifty index was trading 2.75 points down at 18129.55.
On the BSE, Sri Lakshmi Sar, Goenka Diamond, Dhruv Wellness, Sintex Inds. and Vallabh Steels hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Money Masters, Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd., Aries Agro, Indokem Ltd and Arvind SmartSpaces touched their fresh 52-week highs.
