Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 230.9 points up at 62735.7 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd.(down 11.25 per cent), Purple Entertainment(down 10.96 per cent), J. Taparia Proj(down 9.70 per cent), FGP Ltd(down 8.71 per cent) and Mukat Pipes(down 8.15 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 37 stocks traded in the green, while 12 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 73.65 points up at 18636.4.
On the BSE, Laurus Labs, Jointeca Edu, Dhruv Wellness, Jayatma Enterprises and Sintex Plastics Tech hit their fresh 52-week lows, while SBC Exports, Axita Cotton, Aditya Birla Cap., West Leisure Resort and Bemco Hydraulic touched their fresh 52-week highs.
