Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 214.49 points up at 54392.95 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Glittek Granite(down 14.78 per cent), Super Tex Ind(down 10.00 per cent), Neogem India(down 9.89 per cent), JLAInfraville&Shop(down 9.80 per cent) and Simplex Realty(down 8.83 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 36 stocks traded in the green, while 14 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 65.55 points up at 16198.45.
On the BSE, Triveni Enterprises hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Sailani Tours N Travels Ltd., Kewal Kiran Clo, ST Corporation, Panth Infinity and VCU Data Mgmt touched their fresh 52-week highs.
