Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 449.76 points up at 56912.91 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, AA Plus Tradelink Ltd.(down 13.72 per cent), Adishakti Loha and Ispat Ltd.(down 9.99 per cent), Rajeswari Infra(down 9.95 per cent), Nivaka Fashions(down 9.95 per cent) and J. Taparia Proj(down 9.84 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 37 stocks traded in the green, while 13 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 138.15 points up at 17096.8.
On the BSE, Nivaka Fashions, Tilak Ventures (PP), Indo-Global Enterpri, INEOS Styrolution and Indiabulls Intgrtd hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Dhanlaxmi Fab, Optiemus Infra, Bansal Roofing Prod., MRPL and Chennai Petro touched their fresh 52-week highs.
