Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 47.17 points up at 58731.16 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Captain Technocast(down 15.79 per cent), Supra Pacific Manage(down 8.43 per cent), Haryana Capfin(down 8.31 per cent), Ekennis Software Service Ltd.(down 8.15 per cent) and Machino Plastic(down 7.92 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 36 stocks traded in the green, while 14 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 14.05 points up at 17512.3.
On the BSE, Brandbucket Media & Technology Ltd., GMR Power and Urban Infra Ltd., Evoq Remedies Ltd., Supreme Infra and Libord Sec hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Jagsonpal Pharm, Raj Rayon, Gujarat Alkalie, KEI Industries and Sunil Healthcare touched their fresh 52-week highs.
