Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 62.23 points up at 55531.13 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, RCL Retail Ltd.(down 15.02 per cent), Regency Investments(down 11.66 per cent), Arshiya (down 10.26 per cent), Atam Valves(down 9.72 per cent) and Kandagiri Spin(down 9.55 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 31 stocks traded in the green, while 18 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 18.7 points up at 16624.65.
On the BSE, Cella Space, Ind Renewable Energ, Omnipotent Industries Ltd., Helpage Finlease and AIA Engineering hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Future Enterprises (DVR), Guj Mineral Dev., Hind Aluminium, Deco-Mica Ltd and Abhishek Finance Co. touched their fresh 52-week highs.
