Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 38 stocks were trading in the green, while 12 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 500.99 points up at 60245.64 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Rajeswari Infra(down 9.76 per cent), Atam Valves(down 8.54 per cent), Dolfin Rubbers(down 8.10 per cent), Narbada Gems(down 8.02 per cent) and Unique Organics(down 7.94 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 38 stocks traded in the green, while 12 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 152.5 points up at 17965.2.

On the BSE, Suvidha Infra, Garodia Chem, Janus Corporation, PayTM and Inceptum Enterprises hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Vikas Ecotech (PP), Star Delta Tran, CWD Ltd., Cranex Ltd and H S India touched their fresh 52-week highs.
