Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 345.34 points up at 62110.93 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Vista Pharma(down 11.38 per cent), Milestone Furniture(down 10.00 per cent), Sharika Enterprises(down 10.00 per cent), Sical Logistics(down 9.97 per cent) and Modipon Ltd(down 9.41 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 31 stocks traded in the green, while 19 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 90.8 points up at 18567.85.

On the BSE, Texel Ind(PP), MFS Intercorp, Arihant Tourne, MAC Hotels and Rajasthan Petro hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd., Speciality Rest, Indian Energy Exchg, TTK Prestige and L&T Infotech touched their fresh 52-week highs.
