Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 35 stocks were trading in the green, while 15 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 388.66 points up at 61694.61 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Arambhan Hospitality(down 19.29 per cent), UTL Industries (down 12.43 per cent), NRB Industrial(down 9.98 per cent), JLAInfraville&Shop(down 9.94 per cent) and Sharika Enterprises(down 9.94 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 35 stocks traded in the green, while 15 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 132.2 points up at 18470.75.

On the BSE, JLAInfraville&Shop, Texel Ind(PP), MFS Intercorp, Jiya Eco Products Lt and Rajvir Ind hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Vaksons Automobiles, JTL Infra, Trident Texofab, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd. and INEOS Styrolution touched their fresh 52-week highs.
