Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks were trading in the green, while 17 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 367.72 points up at 83777.41 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Ashram Online(down 9.61 per cent), Ladam Affordable(down 9.42 per cent), KK Shah Hospitals(down 9.26 per cent), Ambar Protein Ind(down 8.87 per cent) and SSPDL Ltd(down 8.81 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks traded in the green, while 17 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 105.25 points up at 25558.65.

On the BSE, Omega Inter.Tech, Globe Civil Projects, Brand Realty, Cityman Ltd and Kkrrafton Developers hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Fluidomat Ltd, Sumeet Ind, TN Telecom, Shikhar Consultants Ltd. and 63 Moons Tech touched their fresh 52-week highs.
