Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 40 stocks were trading in the green, while 10 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 373.68 points up at 82094.76 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Sai Swami Metals and(down 19.70 per cent), Saptak Chem(down 17.61 per cent), Aryan Shares & Stock(down 16.64 per cent), Aztec Fluids & Machi(down 15.57 per cent) and Cosmic CRF(down 12.91 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 40 stocks traded in the green, while 10 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 103.45 points up at 24956.6.

On the BSE, Trans Financial, Sybly Ind, Shri Niwas Leasing(PP), JP Associates and BDH Industries hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Khaitan(India), Frontier Spring, Amit Securities, Camlin Fine Sc and Dynamic Ind touched their fresh 52-week highs.
