Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1297.58 points up at 75144.73 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Howard Hotels(down 16.34 per cent), Parmax Pharma(down 13.75 per cent), Ras Resorts(down 12.30 per cent), Kamadgiri Fash(down 10.94 per cent) and Promact Impex(down 9.95 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 47 stocks traded in the green, while 3 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 415.65 points up at 22814.8.
On the BSE, Gensol Engg, Siel Financial, Boston Bio Systems Ltd., RR Metalmakers India and Kamron Labs. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Cura Tech, Keynote Financial, Coromandel Int., Apis India and TECIL Chemicals touched their fresh 52-week highs.
