Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 459.37 points up at 76360.78 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Octavius Plantations(down 15.10 per cent), Shree Pacetronix(down 13.33 per cent), Visco Trade Associates(down 13.32 per cent), IFB Industries(down 13.06 per cent) and eMudhra(down 12.38 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 41 stocks traded in the green, while 9 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 151.8 points up at 23109.05.
On the BSE, Shree Pacetronix, ideaForge Technology, Power Mech Proj, Dhruva Capital and Baazar Style Retail hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Ind-Agiv Comm, Naturite Agro Products, Dhanlaxmi Cotex, Specular Mkting and First Custodian touched their fresh 52-week highs.
