Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 269.67 points up at 76599.68 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Billwin Ind(down 11.40 per cent), Centenial Surg(down 10.77 per cent), Sri Adhikari(down 9.99 per cent), Rose Merc. Ltd.(down 9.96 per cent) and Koura Fine Diamond(down 9.89 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 30 stocks traded in the green, while 20 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 72.75 points at 23158.7.
On the BSE, Rose Merc. Ltd., Cybele Ind, Cinevista Ltd, Palred Technologies and Maruti Infra hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Hilltone Soft&Gases, Sri Chakra Cement, Emerald Leasing Fin, DJS Stock & Shares Ltd. and Indo Thai Sec touched their fresh 52-week highs.
