Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 268.58 points up at 78808.75 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, 52 Weeks Entertainment(down 20.00 per cent), Devki Leasing(down 19.79 per cent), Sadhana Nitro(down 11.85 per cent), Prakash Woollen(down 11.57 per cent) and Deco-Mica Ltd(down 11.57 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 36 stocks traded in the green, while 14 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 82.96 points at 23836.4.
On the BSE, Odigma Consultancy, Delta Industrial Res, Globale Tessile, Intnl Comb Ltd and NRB Industrial hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Pioneer Invest, AdityaBirlaMoney, Oracle Credit, Kranti Industries and Asian Hotels touched their fresh 52-week highs.
