Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 134.76 points up at 77825.71 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, EP Biocomposites(down 19.98 per cent), Ecoboard Ind(down 15.00 per cent), Reetech Intnl. Cargo (down 13.96 per cent), Magnum Ventures(down 12.50 per cent) and Dhanashree Electro(down 11.32 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 26 stocks traded in the green, while 24 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 56.16 points at 23615.2.
On the BSE, Loyal Textiles, Vistar Amar, IFL Enterprises, ESAF Small Finance and Vibhor Steel Tubes hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Banco Products, JSW Holdings, Excel Ind, Ami Organics and KRN Heat Exchanger touched their fresh 52-week highs.
