Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 530.4 points up at 81997.5 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Parker Agrochem(down 19.25 per cent), Gabriel Pet Straps(down 14.92 per cent), Vision Corp(down 9.77 per cent), Sylph Tech(down 9.64 per cent) and Tokyo Finance(down 8.57 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 38 stocks traded in the green, while 12 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 149.71 points up at 25131.65.
On the BSE, Sylph Tech, Vinny Overseas, Poddar Housing, A F Enterprises(PP)and Starline Precious hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Soma Textiles, Ausom Enterprise, Xelpmoc Design, Hawa Engineers and India Steel Work touched their fresh 52-week highs.
